Design Your Own - Circle Cookie Cutter Set

To ensure your stamp prints cleanly and clearly:

Upload a high-resolution, black and white image (vector files preferred — e.g. SVG, PDF)

Artwork must be simple, bold, and not overly detailed

No colour, shading, or fine lines — solid black designs only

Text must be legible at small sizes

You’ll see a preview on screen after uploading your design. If you're not happy with the layout or size, you can remove the file, make changes using your own editing software (we recommend Canva), and re-upload until you are happy to proceed.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• To keep this product affordable, we do not offer support with the design process. Reach out to a local or online graphic designer if you need assistance to set up your files. 

• No proofs will be sent. We will only make minor adjustments if absolutely necessary.

• If your file is not suitable for 3D printing, we’ll cancel and refund your order. You're welcome to redesign and resubmit another separate order.

• Refunds are not available once a suitable design has been printed — even if you’re not happy with the final result.

Please make sure your file is properly prepared before uploading. If you're unsure whether your logo will work, simpler is always better!

IMPORTANT NOTES & TERMS OF ORDER - CUSTOM DESIGNS

There are a few extra terms of sale that apply to out custom printed cookie cutters and stamps.

Before ordering your custom cookie stamp and cutter, please take a moment to read the following important terms:

Design Support:
To keep this product affordable for everyone, we do not offer design support or custom edits. If you’re unsure how to prepare your file, we recommend hiring a freelance designer online or locally.

No Proofs Provided:
We do not send design previews or proofs before printing. What you upload is what we use (with only minor adjustments made if absolutely necessary).

Unsuitable Files:
If your artwork cannot be 3D printed, we’ll cancel and refund that item from your order. Any other items will still be processed and shipped. You're welcome to revise your design and place a new order — please note that standard shipping fees will apply to the new order.

No Refunds on Printed Items:
Once a design has been printed, refunds cannot be offered, even if the final result is not what you expected. This is due to the custom nature of the product.

Design Guidelines:
To get the best results, upload a high-resolution, black and white vector image (no shading or fine detail). Simpler designs work best — clean lines and bold shapes are key.

Tip: If you’re unsure about your artwork, try simplifying it first. We also have video guides available on our website to help with formatting your file.

Our cutters and stamps are 3D printed in Australia from food-safe PLA — a recyclable, eco-friendly material.

To keep them in top shape: wash gently in warm soapy water, keep away from heat or long-term sunlight, and avoid the dishwasher.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your custom or personalised cookie cutters and stamps to be printed. 

This is in addition to shipping time. 

During sales and peak periods before major holidays or sales, delays may be experienced. 

Our fondant stamps are designed to be used comfortably without handles — simply press them evenly into your fondant for clean, detailed results.

If you prefer using a handle, optional glue on handles are available separately for a small additional cost.
