What size are your cookie cutters?

Most of our cutters come in standard sizes (7cm–10cm across), perfect for cookies that bake evenly and hold their shape. Size is listed on each product page. We also offer midi and mini shapes, however our Regular cookies are usually 7cm wide depending on the uniqueness of the shape.

I’m new to cookie decorating — do you offer tutorials or tips?

es — and you’re in the right place! Our cutters and stamps are designed to be easy and fun, even if you’ve never decorated cookies before. While we’re still building a full library of tutorials, we regularly share tips, tricks, and beginner-friendly ideas on our Instagram and blog.

Follow along and you’ll be decorating like a pro in no time — no fancy skills needed!

Are your cutters food safe?

All our cookie cutters and embossers are 3D printed in-house using high-quality, food-safe PLA filament. It’s a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources like corn starch — strong, lightweight, and perfect for baking tools.


Our cutters are made with food-safe PLA and printed exclusively for baking use. We recommend hand washing and drying thoroughly to keep them in top condition.

How deep are the cutters, and what dough thickness do they work best with?

Our standard cutters have a depth of approx. 10mm (1cm) - 15mm (1.5cm), designed to work perfectly with cookie dough rolled to around 6mm thickness. They’re also great with fondant or other soft materials.

Do you offer matching stamps or embossers with your cutters?

Absolutely! Many of our designs include coordinating stamps or embossers to add detail to your cookies. Look out for “cutter & stamp” sets in the product titles or browse our "Cutter Sets" category.

So you have matching cutters for your fondant stamps?


Our fondant stamps are designed to be compatible with most standard round or shaped cutters, including those from our Basic Cutters collection. This gives you an affordable and flexible way to build your collection and customise designs without adding extra clutter or cost. If a specific stamp requires a matching cutter, we’ll let you know on the product page.

What’s the difference between a cutter and a stamp or embosser?


  • A cutter cuts out the shape of the cookie. It's used for both fondant and cookie dough.

  • A stamp or embosser presses a design or message into the surface.

    Use them together for cookies with clean edges and gorgeous imprinted or raised details!

Do you offer themed sets or bundles?

Yes! We have themed sets for birthdays, holidays, events, and more — making it easy to coordinate your cookie designs. Check out our "Bundles" for pre-matched bundles.

Can I request a design that’s not on your website?

You can order custom designs via our website. See the yellow section in our FAQ below.

The item I wanted is now out of stock, what can I do?

Most of our items are 3D printed to order, so they never go out of stock.

For all other items if it's showing sold out you can contact us via email for a re-stock update.

Sometimes glitches do occur on the website stocktake, and we are always happy to check stock on hand.

Personalised Cutters

Can I personalise an existing cutter with a name or age?

Yes! Many of our most popular cutters and stamps can be personalised with a name, age, date, or short message. Just look for the personalisation options on the product page — you’ll be able to type in your custom text on the product page to submit with your order. We'll take care of the rest!

How do I create my own custom cookie cutter or stamp?

You can design your own cutter or embosser using our easy online custom tool! Simply upload your logo, artwork, or text, adjust it to your liking, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll print it in-house and ship it straight to your door.

Will I receive a proof or preview before printing?


We do not send design previews or proofs before printing personalised or custom orders. What you upload is what we use (with only minor adjustments made if absolutely necessary).

If your artwork cannot be 3D printed, we’ll cancel and refund that item from your order. Any other items will still be processed and shipped. Full terms and design instructions for personalised products are available via link on the product pages.



Can you design a cutter for me?

To keep our custom products affordable for everyone, we do not offer design support or custom edits. If you’re unsure how to prepare your file, we recommend hiring a freelance designer online or locally.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because most of our products are made to order, we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed — our printing queue starts quickly to keep things moving!

Can I add items to an existing order?

If you’d like to add to your order, please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to combine shipping where we can. Just note that this isn’t always possible, especially during peak times — but we’ll always try to help where we can.

How do I use promo code?

Promo codes or coupons can be entered into the space indicated during the checkout process of the sale.

I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically via Shopify shortly after your purchase. If you haven’t received one, it’s most likely due to a misspelled email address at checkout or the email landing in your spam or promotions folder.

If you still can’t find it, please contact us with your full name and order details, and we’ll be happy to check on it and update your email address if needed.

How long after placing an order will it be sent?

Because we offer such a large range of cookie cutters and stamps, most of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for us to print, pack, and prepare your order before it ships.

During peak periods like holiday seasons or storewide sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to get your order out as efficiently as possible.

My order arrived and something’s missing or incorrect — what should I do?

Mistakes can happen, and we're here to make it right as quickly as possible. Please email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of what you received — including any incorrect or missing items. We’ll sort it out for you ASAP.



Shipping, Tracking & Returns

Can I track my parcel online?


Yes! Once your order has been printed, packed, and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can track via the Australia Post website.

We appreciate your understanding that once your order is with the carrier, delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.



How long does delivery take?

Shipping times with Australia Post can vary depending on your location. We offer Express Shipping, which typically takes 1–3 business days for most urban areas, but delivery may take longer for rural or remote locations.

Please note, shipping times do not include the additional 3–4 business days we need to print, pack, and prepare your order before it ships. We appreciate your patience and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

I don't have tracking details — when will I receive them?

Thanks for your order! Tracking details are sent once your order has been printed, packed, and dispatched, which usually takes 3–4 business days due to our made-to-order process.

If you don’t receive your tracking info within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder (for the correct email address) or get in touch with us — we’ll be happy to assist!

I think my parcel has been lost on route?

We understand how frustrating it is when a parcel doesn’t arrive. If your tracking shows no progress or your package seems lost, please contact Australia Post to get their assistance.

You can also contact us with your order information. We’ll work with Australia Post to investigate and help find a solution. While shipping issues are unfortunately out of our direct control, we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Please note that shipping times are handled by Australia Post, and any delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

Can I return an item?

Because our cutters are custom-made and crafted to order, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. This helps us keep prices affordable and reduces unnecessary waste.

However, if your item arrives broken or defective, please don’t worry — we’ll happily replace it. Just get in touch with us, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Why is my order delayed in the post?

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. However, once your package is with Australia Post, any delays in transit are unfortunately beyond our control.

Shipping times can be affected by factors like weather, public holidays, or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
