Shipping Rates 

I endeavour to keep shipping prices as low as possible. 

Spend over $100 for free tracked parcel shipping via courier (no PO Boxes).

Domestic Shipping - Australia

Standard Shipping - Under $100  $9.00 Sendle: Tracking, Email Notifications, Gift Wrapped, Waterproof bag, Insurance up to $300 value. 
Free Shipping - Over $100 FREE Sendle: Tracking, Email Notifications, Gift Wrapped, Waterproof bag, Insurance up to $300 value. Not available to PO Boxes.
Express Shipping $12.00 Australia Post Express: Tracking, Email Notifications, Gift Wrapped, Waterproof bag, Insurance up to $100 value for loss or damage.

 

Sendle is my preferred carrier for non-urgent orders. In my experience they're reliable, and deal with lost parcels or insurance claims in those rare instances much more efficiently than AP. 

If you don't want to have your order sent using Sendle, the Express Post option is available. 

Express Post is also recommended for customers in SA and WA as standard road delivery from Cairns can be slow.

Shipping Tracking & Shipping Times

Postal times with Australia Post and Sendle vary between locations throughout Australia.

Shipment notifications will be emailed or SMS (depending the contact information provided by you).

Please check your junk mail/spam folder if you cannot find a notification after 3-4 business days.  A list of supported email clients can be found below.

Tracking: Your tracking number for Sendle or Australia Post will be sent to you via email on dispatch from hello@cookiecouture.com.au OR via SMS if no email has been provided. 

Cookie Couture. takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged items in the post. However, the shipping services do provide limited compensation for items lost or damaged (not delayed) for specific services (see above table), which you can claim. 

If your parcel has been lost in transit you will need to follow up with Australia Post or Sendle. Cookie Couture will provide as much support as possible. 
 
Sendle and Australia Post do not usually post tracking information along the path until it's out for delivery, this does not mean that your parcel is not moving... just part of their system. xxx 
International Postage

International orders, Cookie Couture. takes no responsibility for taxes/customs charged in your own country, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will of course refund your money.

International Customers Please Note – we are shipping from Australia. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. This may be extended due to Co-vid. 

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons there are strictly no returns. If you have any concerns with your earrings or tools please email hello@cookiecouture.com.au 

Photos of damage or breakage is appreciated, and please include your order number to save us all time. xxx

Refunds/replacements are at the discretion of Cookie Couture. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
