Suitable for use with rolled fondants, royal icing, gum paste, marzipan and non editable craft clays. Each cutter features a spring mechanism which helps cut, emboss and release the icing to form perfect star with a delicate pattern.The result is elegant and tasty decorations for your cake and favourite desserts.

USE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Roll out fondant or gum paste on a non stick surface or sprinkle corn flower/ icing sugar on surface and fondant to prevent sticking.
  2. Cut out the star shape without pressing the plunger
  3. Lift the plunger from the surface and press to release the shape
  4. Eject shape 

NOTE:

Tools use with food products should be kept separate from those used with non food materials eg. Craft clay.
